On 06/11/2007, George Ewing changed the bands policy to the following:
Let's change the allowed uploaders to the following:
Adam Nash (keyboards) adamnash83@gmail.com
George Ewing (sound) gewing@tapers.org
old policy:Anyone may upload any Codename performance under the following conditions:
1) They inform us about it, with a link to the show. Email is preffered: AdamNash83@gmail.com
2) If we officially release a show that is on the archive, we maintain the right to remove that show from the archive.
3) The best effort possible must be made to maintain accuracy with setlist naming, show dates, venues, etc. Feel free to contact the band if there is any question.
4) No studio releases or recordings (including unreleased tracks) may be uploaded.
On 9/18/2005 we received the following email granting permission:
Hey there, my name is Adam, and I'm in the band Codename - I just filled out the "add band" form from the list of bands/pending/etc... - I saw on the FAQ that you need an email from us to activate it. I am in the band, and I currently manage it as well, and you have our permission to archive just about any show submitted by anyone.
